Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Can I cancel my order?

    It is not possible for us to cancel your order once it has been processed. Soon as your order is placed, we take great pains to produce your selection in minimum time possible. We do not stock inventory of any artwork displayed on the site, and produce everything on demand.

  • What if my order is broken, damaged or torn?

    Give us a call or drop us a line in the rare instance that your order is damaged, broken or torn. We'll promptly send you a replacement, and you can handover the damaged product to the same courier guy.

  • What if I want a refund instead of replacement?

    No problem! We'll give you store credit equivalent to your original order value that will be valid for 3 months from date of issue. You'll have to ship the damaged product back to us through our courier service provider. We're just a call away for help with that.

  • Can I use my store credit in installments across different orders?

    Nope. Our system generates a one-time code equivalent to your order value. You can use the entire credit amount in one shot, same way you paid for it in the first place.
