Robert Farkas

Based in Budapest in Hungary, artist Robert Farkas recalls how his first drawing teacher – a Russian lady called Valmira- was the one who taught him how to see things.

He was 12 when he started to learn drawing and painting. He started making digital illustrations only a few years ago. He studied digital illustration at Hungary’s BKF University.

A theme that he likes exploring is wild animals and the relationship between human kind and animals. He loves to use watercolors and mix it with a variety of computer techniques. It usually starts with an idea on paper that then gets executed digitally.

One thing that he would love to check off his bucket list would be to hold an exhibition someday in New York City.
